- 5 mins from stoke newington church street and 2 mins from Clissold park!
- 12 mins to the Canonbury overground and walking distance to Manor House tube, as well as good bus connections!
- living with Alice (works in pharma, writer, sea swimmer) and Lizzy (photographer, crochet-er)
- we love crafting and watching movies together

The 4th image shows the room as it was let to give an image of what the space looks like - I will take my furniture but leave the bed and wardrobe.
