I'm looking for a female flatmate.
The flat has a separate bedroom and a living room, both of which are suitable to live in. I'm happy to give you a choice of which room you'd prefer, as I don't mind which one I take.
Room 1: £800 (including high-speed internet) + approx. £150 for utilities and Council Tax.
Room 2: £930 (including high-speed internet) + approx. £150 for utilities and Council Tax.
The kitchen is combined with the living room but is fully equipped with everything you need. I truly value personal space, so my priority is ensuring everyone feels comfortable. Even if I end up staying in the living room, it won't stop you from using the kitchen freely - I'm very open to discussing how to make the space work best for both of us.
To be honest, I hardly ever cook at home; I usually eat at work during the week and just reheat ready meals on weekends. There is also a separate storage space available for any bulkier items.
