I’m leaving my current tenancy early so looking for someone to replace me until the end of August!

The room is a large double bed room with a south facing window overlooking a private garden. Very light, very quiet and very spacious, with lots of storage and plenty of room for a wfh set up.

The flat has a large living room and a private south-facing garden, both of which get a lot of light.

The flat is very quiet but the area has lots going on, with top tier pubs, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also 5 minutes from Dalston for lively bars and nightlife.

One flatmate is fully remote and works in financial modelling. The other is a lawyer and works 4/5 days in the office. We are good mates from uni and do a lot of cooking and house stuff together. We’re also big sports fans (rugby, plus United and Newcastle fans).
