I'm sadly leaving my room in this gorgeous flat to move closer to my office, so looking to find somone to take over my lease Asap.

*The Flat*

The flat is located in great spot near Sorditch Park, super close to Angel Station and Old St Station (approx 10 mins walk). It is also a very short walk to a lovely canal route with lots of cool cafes, groceries and supermarkets. Very well-lit and safe during all times of day and night.

The flat has two levels with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living room as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room on offer is at the top floor (please see pictures attached to the ad). The living room and kitchen are modern and fully equipped with all new appliances. The ground-floor bathroom (shared with one other person) includes BOTH a bathtub & a seperate shower.

The room is a comfortable double room with gorgeous exposed brick. It is very bright with a big window and a queen size bed.
