Hey how’re you? I’m away for most of September and am looking for a subletter for my room. We are a big house of five with loads of space and are perfectly located right next to Hackney Central station. Hackney downs is also just a few minutes further away. The house has a balcony, garden, big shared kitchen and living room. There’s also one floor thats completely communal (with no bedrooms) which allows us to not be in each other’s space. We are a super friendly house who like to chat and hangout after work but at the same time are very happy keeping to ourselves when we need to be.
