We - housemates and friends, Gethin and Caity - are looking for someone to move into the third room in our 3-bed house in Dalston. He’s gay, she’s queer and the cat, Willow, hasn’t revealed how she identifies yet.

It’s a really good sized double room for £1,218.16 (rent split based on square footage of the 3 rooms). There are 2 bathrooms in the house; a larger family bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath and a shower room with a toilet downstairs.

The house is a 2-minute walk from Dalston Junction overground station and 5 minutes from Dalston Kingsland. It has a shared living room, front and back gardens and all the usual amenities - washing machine, fig tree, etc. Sadly no dishwasher but we’re adjusting.

The room is available from 18th August, but move in date can be flexible. We’re a fun but calm, expressive household looking for someone who also wants their London rental to feel like home. We’re clean, tidy and respectful creatives who met while working at a deaf charity - both hearing but proficient in BSL. We love a bev, a craft, watching silly telly with dinner and mainly the cat.
