I have a quiet double room available to sublet from the 8th of September for 6 months, with the possibility to extend to 1 year. £1300 PCM including bills. The room comes furnished, with a big window, so you get plenty of sunlight and it is very quiet.
The two-bedroom flat comes fully furnished with everything you need and has an amazing view over Shoreditch Park. The layout includes a long hallway, a small kitchen connected to the living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is incredibly bright throughout the day. You’ll wake up with the sun in the morning in the bedroom, and the living room gets beautiful afternoon light as it faces the park (west-facing).
It’s a great flat, in a great area with lots of pubs, shops, restaurants etc. around you. 10 mins walk to Old Street station, 10 min walk to Hoxton Station and 20 mins walk to Highbury & Islington Station. But you also have plenty of buses around and the canal a few steps away.
A bit about me: I work in the creative industry and have lived in London for 6 years. I’m into arts, design, interiors, nature, good food and making the most of the city. I’m friendly and sociable, but also value having my own space and keeping a calm, comfortable home.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate and chilled. Happy to spend time together if around, but I also know when to respect each other’s space.
If you’re interested, message me with a bit about yourself, and we can sort out a viewing.
Thanks!
Carla
