- amazing location with great transport links, 5-min from victoria park, 5-min from london fields. fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. please note there is no shared living room however we have a communal gardens/patio downstairs which you can sit out :)

- the room comes furnished with a double bed, rug, double wardrobe + a few other furniture bits. any furniture can also be removed if needed!

£1100 inc all bills, wifi, council tax.

we are looking for someone to move in from the 1st of july (or 30th june). please note that the room is available on a 3-month contract, with the option to extend.

about us: this is a peaceful and friendly flat, we like to socialise together and often go to the pub etc but appreciate our own space as well! looking for someone similar to move in, women preferred :)
