We have a room available in our two-storey flat, just off Stoke Newington High Street.

7 min walk to the Overground
16 min walk to Dalston
25 min to Shoreditch
Around 40 min to Central

If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s a really lovely balance of great pubs ( with the best Guinness in London ) restaurants, markets and plenty of lovely, quiet parks.

🏠 The flat

It’s a slightly unusual layout, essentially two flats connected by a staircase which gives us 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, plus loads of communal space.

We’ve got a rooftop, conservatory (now with the black-and-white tiles) TV room, all of which gets used for hanging out. Despite there being quite a few of us, it never feels hectic and it’s rare that everyone is home at the same time.

👯 The house

We’re a social household and like having drinks on the roof, hosting friends for dinners and generally making the most of the space but we’re definitely not a party house.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a household whether that’s going for drinks, checking out markets, going to gigs or just having a chat in the kitchen rather than someone who wants somewhere to sleep.

We’re all 26–28, LGBTQ+ friendly, and currently 2 girls and 3 guys, with a mix of Irish and English. Everyone is very friendly and chill.

We’re also pretty good at keeping communal spaces clean. We’re definitely not neat freaks, but we do like everyone to clean up after themselves and keep on top of things.

£680 pcm excluding bills. It’s free early September!
The room doesn’t have a window, which is reflected in the price, but the flat itself gets loads of natural light and there are plenty of communal spaces to enjoy.
