Hi,

I have a double room to rent, 2 brand new single beds (NewDouble bed available too)
About me (landlord), i live with my wife and 3 kids downstairs 8, 4 and 3. My wife is at home all the time and not working currently and myself i work in Islington.

1 Tenant upstairs, a student, an absolute gem, clean, quiet and respectful.
Kitchen is seperate upstairs and will be shared with the other tenant. There is also a single toilet and seperate bathroom with toilet shared with other tenant.
My ammenties are totally seperate.

Some house rules:

1) Being respectful and Clean
2) No visitors allowed after 8pm.
3) Zero Alcohol!
4) No Smoking!
5) ZERO PORK! As we are Muslim.
6) No loud music etc.
7) Rent to be paid on time (cash only).
8) I like to have my own space and no use of garden

Washing machine use only once a week.

Please note. The price advertised is for a single person only (£850)
Couples would be expected to pay more enquire for price (£1150).
