It's just a couple minutes walk from the Highbury and Islington station, providing quick access to Central London via the Victoria line, as well as Oveground access. Highbury fields are a mere 5 minutes walk, as is the trendy and attractive Upper Street, which offers countless dining and shopping options. There is private parking out the front for immediate access, with a residential parking permit available for request.

I'm currently looking for a new flatmate which is ideally a fellow young working professional with a friendly, laid back attitude. I currently work a hybrid working pattern, commuting, on average, twice a week into Central London. I will request a reference from a previous landlord and current employer, as well as payslips for the last 3 months to provide proof of employment/income.
