We have a room coming up in our lovely 3 bed house, located in the heart of Dalston. 2 mins from the high street, bars, restaurants etc. 15 mins walk to Islington and London Fields. Great location.

The room is a nice size double at the front of the house, it comes unfurnished but as our house mate is moving back to Australia there could be options for furniture staying if needed.

The house has a large kitchen, with dishwasher, washer and a separate ate living room, modern bathroom and downstairs loo. We have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love this house.

You’ll be living with 2 girls in their early 30’s. One working in hospitality and the other in hair and beauty.

You’ll also be living with Bandit, the cuddliest little dog ever and Boo our fluffy cat. So an animal lover is essential.

We are ideally looking for another girl to join our home, queer friendly and must be willing to commit to a 12month contract. We are pretty chill, and very clean.
Bills come to around £110 for the month.

The monthly room rent is £875.
