Room has an ensuite and I consider it to be very good value for money. Rent is £945cm

📍- 10 mins walk to Columbia road

🚂 Hagerston overground station is 5 mins walk & the same for London fields overground station.

Room would best suit a male who loves anything sport related (especially golf) coffee & beers. The boys love to socialise and have set the back yard up quite nice for that. Prime location for summer, tenancy runs three to Feb next year with an extension available (we have the last 3 years)
