Sharing with me would suit an extremely tidy person, its an adult flat so not a party flat at all. The occasional dinner party absolutely and shared glass of wine. This space would suit someone who is a working professional, has their own thing going on. Who is very mindful of communal space, clean and courteous.

Queer friendly, creative etc.

Bills are approximately £250 a month with a fortnightly cleaner.

Double security block - need a fob to get into the courtyard and then to get into each building (there are four buildings in the building complex - North, South, East, West). It’s a nice quiet building block. There is some street noise on Saturday night as we look over the park.

Tube and overground connections: 15 mins walk from Old Street Station (Northen Line)
20mins walk from Angel Station (Northern line)
15 mins walk to Haggerston Overground.

- these connect you to the city Soho, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, it’s a short ride to Liverpool street station which connects you to everything. It’s very central.

Flat looks onto Shoreditch Park and building complex backs onto Regents Canal.
Short walk down the Canal to Angel or the other way to London Fields and Broadway Market.

Located on the fourth floor the flat has a lovely view of the tree tops in Shoreditch park and the city.

There is a Tesco 10mins walks away. The De Beauvoir Deli and Cafe is 10mins walk down the road which has lots of yummy food.

There are a number of really nice pubs in the area.

Angel (20mins walk down the road) has a large shopping complex - Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Super drug Pharmacy. H&M, Uniqlo. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops.

Local cinema 10 mins walk from the flat.
