A fully furnished bedroom in lovely Stoke Newington, in a warm, neat & tidy 3 bedroomed maisonette (top two floors) in a Victorian house on a quiet street one minute's walk from wonderful Clissold Park, @ 5 mins walk to the lovely pubs, restaurants & shops of Stoke Newington Church Street.
There will only be one other flat mate, which is me, we won't be filling the third bedroom because I don't want things to be too crowded, so things are nicely relaxed.
The kitchen is well stocked because I love cooking & the living room has two big sofas with all the streaming stuff on the telly.
There's a big bath which is wonderful for lying in with a glass of wine, as well as a great shower.
Sorry but single occupancy, no smokers / vapers, & sorry but no bods who work full-time from home, I think that would be too intense for both of us!
