Our flatmate is leaving to move in with friends, leaving her lovely room is our flat. Room comes unfurnished (+£70 for the wardrobe) for £1000 a month bills not included (approx +£100 pcm). The basement and ground floor of a terraced house: two bedrooms, spare room, bathroom, kitchen, patio with garden and shared living room.
