Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate in this 2-bed in Dalston. It is a quiet road just off the high street, close by to lovely cafes, bookshops, the Divine and Rio cinema.

There is a kitchen that looks over my neighbours' gardens (with lots of foxes and cats walking by), a shared bathroom with shower/bath, a large living room and 2 bedrooms.

In the bedroom there is a bed with storage underneath it, a wardrobe, desk and chair if needed. If you have your own furniture some of this can also be moved (apart from the bed).

There is space in the hallway downstairs for another bike (incase you cycle). We are on the second floor, with one flat below.

The bills are currently around £150 a month. We are Council Tax Band C.
