We are two young professionals (one doctor, one in tech) and close friends looking for a 3rd flat mate to join our flat in December/January (flexible move-in) nearby Hackney Central.

The flat is located in Wyles House, within Hackney Gardens. There are 3 double rooms each ensuite, a spacious open plan living-room/kitchen and a balcony with views of the gardens, church and Sons coffee!

We're looking for a flatmate to take over the 3rd room around the new year. Hopefully someone who is sociable, clean/respectful and keen to make this flat their home (and not just a flatshare!). We are looking for a long-term flatmate. In our spare time we both enjoy hosting friends for dinner, going to gigs/music and enjoying the outdoors

We are still in the process of self-furnishing the flat (so the photos will vary to the time of move-in, we'll continue to update the photos on this profile!). The advertised bedroom contains it's own bed/mattress with all wardrobes etc
