- 2 minutes walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and a bus stop connecting you with central London/Shoreditch etc. pretty much on the doorstep. (48, 55, 254, plus many more)

- 10-15 minute walk to London Fields, Lower Clapton and Dalston.

- M&S, Tesco, CoOp within a couple minutes walk.

- Mare Street, Ridley Rd and Bohemia Place just down the road, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars.

- Balcony off of the living room and a community garden out back shared with other residents.

- Large storage cupboard.

- Fast internet all set up.
