Cheap room - looking for someone to move iin as I move out of London.

Lease is under the lead tenants name so will require someone responsible that can pay rent on time to them (1st of the month)

20 pounds a month for electricity (I decided to pay a little more as I was WFH)

Lovely flatmates - easy going and sociable (420 friendly if you roll that way :)

Will prioritise those able to move in ASAP

Unfortunately no communal living room but cheapest rent I've paid in London and gutted to be leaving.
