Want to be a part of building a nice, cozy home in the heart of Dalston? These two fun housemates, who originally met on Spareroom, are now looking for their third piece, to turn this new (2010) 3-bed apartment into a chill/cool/cozy and nice place to live?

Sam (27) works in production. Likes to listen to loud music in the kitchen while he pickles, bakes bread or follows whatever Ottolenghi has come up with now. Find him on a run or hike, then a the pub, and then he will for sure end of the night by watching a movie or four.

Marie (29). Ceative working in advertising. Originally from Copenhagen. I like to sleep in, eat dumplings, start a new craft project that I never finish and explore London which usually turns into an impromptu pub garden situation.

We are looking for a nice new housemate, who’s mature and laid back - and wants to come to the pub sometimes! We don’t have cleaning days but expect everyone to naturally take part in cleaning, fixing stuff etc. Not into having a party house - we prefer it to be pretty chill and cozy, and a place where we can recharge the social batteries, but do like to have people over for dinner or for a chill drink after the pub has closed sometimes. We need to use that terrace, am I right?

The room is unfurnished. So is the apartment, but we will be decorating it as we go, so you would be more than welcome to be involved in that, so it can feel like your home too!
