Tenancy Agreement & Deposit:

This is a new tenancy agreement for two years with a one-year break clause. You will be required to submit for referencing. There is usually estate management on-site to answer further questions. It is a two-year contract with a one-year break clause. No short-terms considered. The deposit is £3448 split between us. Tax band: D.

The ideal person/s is not the most similar, but someone who is compatible and happy for some give and take. I try my best to have people be comfortable sharing their needs with me, and, in return, I want my needs to be heard too.

A chilled couple who is mindful of sharing space with a flatmate. The home, for me, is somewhere we rest and nest. I am always happy for a chat and be social at the flat, with the understanding that we have separate social outside the flat. No late nights and no parties, unless it is a big occasion. People who are happy to share food and stuff, and be nice about it. I like to think that I am generous. I clean after myself and never leave an unwashed pan in the sink. We have separate bathrooms, so we won’t be on top of each other.

About my lifestyle:

I travel a lot. I do work from home. I work jobs on contract, so my WFH fluctuates. I host dinner parties not more than once a month. I like to be quiet and respectful in the flat.
