After years of living together, our flatmate is moving out and so two rooms are now available for grab in an amazing Victorian house. The property is a large hystorical building in the heart of Dalston, immediately close to both Dalston overground stations and only a small walk from Hackney Central, and on the route of all major bus routes circulating in the area.
The house is also close to some of the best pubs, restaurants, shops and venues London has got to offer.
On top of that, we benefit from possibly one of the largest gardens in the whole of Dalston, with ample space for chilling, barbecues and gatherings.

The rooms come unfournished but with some built in storage already, currently one of them is being used as a workshop and ideally we would like to find a person who would take both of them. The rooms come at a total of £1500PCM, would suit perfectly someone who works from home and wants an office that isn't their bedroom, or as it is at the moment, needs a workshop with the most convenient commute ever! We require one month rent plus one month deposit refundable when you might decide to move out, and which include council tax and WiFi (we have Ultra fast fibre internet all around the house).

Me (Marco) and Pete, the other flat mate, are both creatives in the field of music, I'm a drummer and technician with a passion for records and Hi-Fi as well as cooking, cycling and going to concerts; Pete is also a musician and a theatre technician, potentially one of the biggest cinema fans I've ever met who loves hanging out and playing pool.
We are very sociable people but we also have huge respect for private space, we watch movies and we go out together from time to time but we also like to relax on our own terms and we would like to find a likeminded person.

The flat has a front and a back entrance, shared with the flat at the ground floor. There is one fully kitted kitchen and one bathroom, plus a utility bathroom located at the ground floor. There's a really nice balcony and an attic too with a lovely metal spiral staircase!
