Hey! 👋
Disclaimer: Female flatmate preferred!
Move-in date:
We’re looking for someone to take over the room from April 12th for 2–3 months.
Location:
The flat is located 2 minutes away by walk from the Hoxton Overground station. It's located in Zone 1 (N1). Technically in Hackney, practically 15 minutes away from Shoreditch, Boxpark. It is 10-15 minutes away from Columbia Road Flower Market, has great transport links, as well as a normal gym and a leisure centre from Better (for swimming).
The room:
The room is spacious, has a king-size bed, a standing desk, a wardrobe and a couple of shelves for storage.
Who's living here:
Eric and Flavia. Both 25, we are engaged and getting married in 2026. We are both Romanian (please don't let that stop you from applying). Eric is a software engineer working for a company here in central London. Flavia is a professional fashion designer, but will take a break from work to pursue a Master's in Fashion at Royal College of Art London until June 2026.
Flat "customs":
We try to be as tidy as possible, we also aim to do a full flat clean every Saturday. We put our dishes in the dishwasher after we eat, and we do not leave spillage around the common areas.
Who we're looking for:
Flavia ideally prefers a female flatmate as she feels more comfortable sharing a bathroom with one. She would ideally be tidy, chill, and sociable. Bonus points if she likes board games!
Rent:
Your rent: 850 pounds / month
Eric and Flavia's rent (one room): 1450 pounds / month
Council tax band is B. Bills are not included in this. We will split every bill by 3.
