Hackney Downs Sublet – from mid February / March

Hey lovely people,

Our beautiful third room is opening up again from February for a sublet, minimum 3 months possibility to extend. Rent is £1,127 + £150 bills. The room is currently being refreshed / repainted and slowly getting ready to welcome someone new. (these are old pics).

We’re looking for a housemate who’s kind, self-aware, clean, and values shared space. Someone who brings good energy and appreciates living in a home that feels cared for not just a place to sleep.

You’d be living with the two of us (we’re both in our early 40s, but age really isn’t the thing presence and awareness are). We’ve sublet before and know how much smoother everything flows when people are thoughtful and grounded.
