The flat is split level, spacious for London standards, with a large kitchen, separate living area and toilet downstairs, and two bedrooms (yours will be the south-facing room) and a bathroom upstairs.

There’s also plenty of storage space above the staircase.

The room comes with a comfy double bed, drawers, hanging space, large mirror, desk and computer monitor if you need it.

It gets direct winter sunlight on a clear day, so you don’t even need to leave your room for a bit of sunshine!
