Lovely flat situated in Stoke Newington

Room is officially available from the 10th of August, although I will be moving out from the 25th of July so the room will be available pro rata two weeks before the available date.
Rent is £860pcm / bills are usually between £75-95pcm depending on the season.

If you are available to move in from the 25th of July it'll be £420 for those first two weeks

You'll be living with 3 other girls, Ellen, Charlotte and Kels, all very loving and friendly!! We love to do things together but also respect if you want to just chill and have your own space as we all have our separate interests as well.

Our flat is located a 10 minute walk from Church St, 15 minutes from Dalston Kingsland / Junction stations and only 5 to Rectory Road. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, parks and pubs just walking distance from the flat.
We have a large kitchen and bright living space which opens onto the courtyard (lovely space for a summers dinner)

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects everyone's personal space.
Ideally another girl between the ages of 26-35.

The room is situated at the back of the flat connecting to the courtyard, the room gets plenty of light and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, drawers, bedside table and a clothes rack. You'll be sharing bathroom with one other girl, however there's two bathrooms in the flat.

About the flatmates:
All three girls work 9-5 jobs, and Charlotte also has an extra job at a theatre. We all split work between the office and home, 1-3 days at home each, so would love someone with a similar schedule.

Ellen and Kels are big into their running and Sunday markets, and Charlotte knows every play and film worth watching. We're all social girls that have a lot going on separately but to do things together as well.
