Hello! We have a room available in our lovely three-bed flat in Stoke Newington.

The flat is full of character, with original wooden floors, beautiful windows and lots of natural light. The room comes with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink).

Location is great, close to Clissold, church street, reservoir, Dalston etc.

Availability: The room is available from 1 December. I’m away 10-23 November so hoping to meet people and get something locked in before then.

About us: We’re two women, aged 37 and 40. I’m from the UK and Valeria is from Italy. We both have our own independent lives and routines, but also enjoy spending time together and having a chat in the flat.

We’re ideally looking for someone aged around 35–45 with a similar outlook: independent and respectful of each other’s space, but also happy to be sociable and make the flat feel like a home.

(Ps also hoping new flatmate is a plant lover and can help care for the greenery)
