I have a large room in a beautiful flat situated in the heart of trendy Hackney, walking distance to Broadway Market, to Hackney Central or Hackney Downs train stations.
I am very busy in my life (working full time) and in the weekends I am away. So, you won't see me a lot.
The room is ideal for a female professional with a minimalist lifestyle. The person I will share the flat should be responsible, sociable who likes to keep the flat clean and also happy sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
There it's not a lot of storage space and I would really appreciate someone with fewer possession.
