The house has 3 wonderful dwellers, as well as yourself,

Ivan, works for WatchHouse coffee. Out the house Monday - Friday, in the gym or watching cricket.. or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. There’s always an unlimited supply of coffee in the house, and a hundred different methods for making it, from V60s to espresso

Reece, works in data science and loves to run very long distance. Also avid cook and comedy night goer.

Emma, the newest addition to home, works at the hospital shift work, bought cook books, a record player and dry sense of humour.

All can be found chilling in the living room or keeping busy with everyday life.
The house is a home, but also big enough for private space. It comes complete with a beautiful sun trap of a garden and bike storage out the front. Communal kitchen / living room and separate bathrooms on each floor.

My room, is big, and bright and catches the sunset. Looks out on a quiet street and is only bothered by the noise of the church bell.

The room has a double bed, but the rest of the furniture will becoming with me

To keep the balance in the house a female is preferred.

The kitchen is fully functional with pots, pan and plates. An induction hob and 2 fridges
