I am looking for a chilled flat mate to share my home in Newington Green, which is in a great area with good pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.

I am a 50 yr old professional guy, working in the City and prefer to go in to the office most days, I enjoy fitness, playing and watching football, hiking, travel, socialising, going to music and comedy gigs.

Transport links are great with good buses to the City, Kings Cross and the West End. Local station Canonbury (Mildmay and Windrush London Overground lines) is a 3 min walk and its a 12 min walk to Highbury and Islington (Victoria line).

Within walking distance you have the vibrant areas full of good pubs, bars, & restaurants of Essex Road (5 mins), Dalston (10 mins), Upper Street (15 mins) and 20 min walk to Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street.
