Very close to Stoke Newington Overground train station (7mns walk) and at 15mns to Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Famous Street food and Vintage shops on Brick Lane, famous Church Street nearby with bars, restaurants, and Clissold Leisure Centre and Park, Ridley Road Dalston Market. Ridley Road market is at 10mns by bus from the flat.
Victoria line from Seven Sisters tube station also around 15mns away by bus—excellent transport links to the City and the West End.
Close to local amenities, 3mns walk to Morrison supermarket, lots of parks. Close to Shoreditch nightlife with bars, restaurants/clubs, and the City.

The room has a laminated floor finish and is furnished with a double-sized bed, wardrobe, and desk. Double glazing throughout the flat, access to the kitchen (including microwave, washing machine, cooker...etc), and the bathroom.

The room is for one person only (i. e.: short, long let and students are also welcome). Someone working LATE or NIGHT SHIFT, for example: Nurses, Hospitality staff...ect. also welcome
