Looking to fill an ensuite room in Angel.

Current flatmate has recently bought a flat and will be looking to leave at the end of the current lease, which is set to end at Aug 25th.

Flat:
The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath flat on the top floor of a new build. The apartment has ceiling to floor windows in all rooms and gets lots of sunshine. The apartment has all new appliances and amenities, including dish washer, washer/dryer, and wine cooler.

The building is only a short walk to the Angel tube station with easy access to the City, Shoreditch, and Hackney. Rent is 1,625 and bills/council tax come out to ~100/150 a month.

About me:
I'm a laid-back professional working in finance around Old Street. I'm originally from the US and been in London for the last couple of years. I generally work 2-3 days a week from the office and the rest of the time from home. In my free time, I enjoy staying active by getting outside, travelling, and exploring the city. I like to keep the flat clean with a relaxed ambience so would like someone that respects that.
