1 bedroom in a 3br 1 bathroom two floor flat! Shower and toilet are separate. Perfect location near Haggerston overground and right off the canal. Large kitchen and living space with dining room table for meals. Sharing with two lovely flatmates (both professional females, 30s). Perfect spot for exploring East London but close enough to central. Social flat but also very respectful of own space! I have loved living here but moving in with my partner, otherwise I would have stayed.
Females only please
Bedroom is UNFURNISHED, but I hope to sell my bed, mattress and clothing rack to the new tenant!

Move in date would be Dec 12th.

Bills not included in rent price, but council/utilities/wifi work out to be about 100 pounds per person.

Planning to host viewings evening of Nov 10th and one day the week after if we don't find someone. Please only inquire if you are able to view either the 10th or the week after.
