Hey guys,

We’re Adelaide, and Naomi, both early 30s, we know each other for years - lived, laughed, loved together. We work in music, art, and fashion, someone with a similar vibe would be great, but it’s also ok if you’re an accountant of some sorts!

We’re looking for a couple, or an individual to share our new home with - moving in on the 19th of July. It’s a split level three bed-house, two bathrooms and a large garden right by Dalston Lane - on a pretty quiet street.

It’s 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, 15 min walk to London fields, surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops, as well as several supermarkets.

We’re both house proud and looking to create a real sense of home. We’re both clean, tidy, love a peaceful place but also looking forward to hosting bbqs and dinner parties at the house! So it would deffo be a plus if you’re looking for a similar life balance. Also, we wanna make the garden super cute and it would be really nice to have a little beer-garden sesh together ✨🧚🏼‍♀️✨

The bedroom you would rent is a spacious double with a large window, deffo enough space for two wardrobes if needed. There’s also a very big living room, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen that gives onto a lovely garden that has so much potential! The house also has lots of space to store bikes at the entrance.

The place will come unfurnished, deep cleaned and freshly painted. There are a lot common spaces throughout the house and the living room is large enough for a lounging area, separate dining space and also a communal work desk. It also has a separate entrance and storage area as well as another small private front garden.

We’re both working hybrid and have obviously no issue if you do too!
