Hey girls, Sophie here! I am looking for someone to join me in this 2 bed 2 bath flat in Dalston from the 28th of August. Your room would be en-suite.
A bit about me: I’m 28 and work in Finance, usually in the office 4-5 days a week. I love a good balance of socialising and downtime - whether that’s a night out, a cosy movie night, or just having some space to recharge. You’ll often find me at a pub, wine and cheese night, out for coffee and walks, doing pilates, yoga or dance classes or attempting to learn Spanish!
The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with plenty of space for a desk and additional storage.
The flat itself very spacious and very close to Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and London Fields. There is a Sainsbury’s less than a 5 minute walk away and lots of cafes, pubs, shops right on your doorstep.
I am looking for a working professional who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and considerate of people’s time, but also up for the occasional drink or chilled evening together.
Rent: £1,150
Deposit: £1,125
Bills: £180ish (gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi).
To be completely transparent, the rent is currently reduced (5%) due to construction work. The noise is manageable and not constant, but the flat would probably suit someone who doesn’t wfh full-time.
If you’re interested, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself 😊 I’ll need to send details to the agency by Monday 29th June, so please only get in touch if you’re genuinely interested.
