Hi there!
I’m looking to find new tenants for my beautiful, bright and quiet 2-bedroom flat ideally located in Dalston, East London (and priced below current market…).
The flat is very spacious (about 900 sqft / 85 sqm), with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living space and open kitchen, as well as a balcony. The living room has plenty of full height windows and is South facing so enjoying amazing light all day long.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microvawe, and the flat is equipped with a washing machine. All of the furniture (see picture) belongs to me but I’m open to discussing a very discounted price if you want to buy it
The building is new and the flat is also nice and modern with great looking features like concrete ceilings and wooden floors in the living room.
The master bedroom is about 140 sqft / 13 sqm + the ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, and has a very large window with juliet balcony, East-facing. On the pictures you can see it as a room or as an office.
The other room is about 108 sqft / 10 sqm, North-facing and very quiet with a large window with juliet balcony opening to a small courtyard.
The main bathroom has a toilet and bathtub.
The building is located off the main road, so very quiet. The location is great too, just behind AllPress Cafe on Dalston Lane, it is within short walking distance of both Dalston Junction (5min) and Dalston Kingsland (10min) Overground stations, with plenty of bus links too. It is within walking distance of London Fields and Broadway market, as well as Victoria Park.
My flatmate and I sadly need to leave the flat before the end of the tenancy agreement as I’m leaving London. This would therefore be a tenancy swap (not a sublet) as agreed with the landlord (and agency). The tenancy agreement will expire on 29th September and will be renewed for 1 year directly with the landlord. The swap fees will be paid by me.
