I'm looking for a lodger (single occupancy only) for my spare double bedroom in Cockerton, Darlington in my spacious, modern house. The room is available from April when my current lodger moves to Scotland.

The room is fully furnished. Shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. All bills are included, including WiFi.

I work full-time and am ideally looking for another female professional or student to share my house with.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Darlington Hospital and a 25 minute walk to the town centre, or a 10 minute bus (the bus stop is right outside). And just a short walk to the shops in Cockerton.
