Hello, ive got a room that im potentially thinking of renting out in the West End area of darlington. there is two rooms that you could potentially have. one is in the loft with an en suite, the other is on the first floor which would be a shared bathroom. for either of these rooms, the box room has a wardrobe and dressing table in it that could also be used yourself if needs be. the loft room has limited storage, and the 1st floor room has drawers. lots of drawers for some reason. neither room has a TV currently but im open to doing amendments to them within reason to accomodate things like this.

the main living space is an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen with bifold doors leading out to the garden. there is another living room with a TV though.

driveway also.

So, im a social person and i do like to have gatherings from time to time, these are nothing spectacular, literally just friends round for a drink. i host a yearly quiz night round mine aswell for my friends, youre welcome to join in but im not giving you the answers no matter how much you ask.

i work offshore, in a rotation which sees me home for 3 out of 5 weeks. so youd have the place to yourself for 40% of the time.

the £625 would be all bills included.
