Hiya, we are renting out our space while the family is away this June and July while I (the dad) occasionally stay in the little room. Time to buddy up, this advert is for lodgers to will take both rooms for two months.

You will have the bedroom and the living room that is converted to a second double bedroom with the adjacent conservatory for yourself and share the kitchen and the bathroom for around 2 weeks during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided. They will be changed during bi-weekly cleaning.

The bathroom has a shower/bath and you can use the dishwasher, washing machine, freezer/fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster in the kitchen

Our neighbor is a childminder so you shall tolerate children playing during daytime.

This maisonette is in council tax band C and all utility and unlimited Internet and council tax bills are included in the fee. Parking on the street is also free and we have bikes you can use as well. (disclaimer: on your own risk)

The advertised fee is for single occupancy in each room. Please reach out for viewing from 27th May onwards.
