Hi, I'm looking for a MONDAY TO FRIDAY only lodger for my large spare room. So 4 nights per week. Please note there is one very friendly CAT as a housemate too :)
All bills included and I keep the central heating on all day. A cleaner every 2 weeks is included. There is no full time lounge as such because it's my work from home area, but there's a common dining area and you have access to the balcony that overlooks the Thames.

Not suitable to work from home more than one day per week, but ideal for a commuter with 5min walk to Erith rail station (TFL Zone 6) taking you directly to City, or you can change at or cycle to Abbey Wood for Elizabeth line (TFL Zone 4). Free gated parking and also a bicycle storage room.

In the room you have a double bed with bedding as per images, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a desk and stool and a smart TV. The two bedrooms in the flat don't share a wall and there is no road near by, so the room is very quiet. Fibre optic Superfast Sky Broadband 500Mb/s, ping 11.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: Nespresso capsule coffee machine, Air Fryer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher and Washing machine, Iron and Ironing board.

Around the flat there's riverside walks, newsagents, food outlets, pubs and in Erith town centre (5min walk) there are cafe's, a restaurant, pharmacy, supermarkets etc.
