I am a live in landlady that is looking to rent my spare room out.


My home is clean, positive and quiet. I'm looking for someone respectful who enjoys a peaceful home environment.

The room is large, spacious with plenty of in built cupboard space. Comes furnished with a king size bed and tempur memory foam mattress
Bexley village is 18 minute walk away with many restaurants, pubs and a train station.

Trains to London Bridge is 30 minutes, Charing Cross is 40 minutes.

Please note I do not wear shoes inside the house and I would love someone who does the same ☺️
