Hi I'm a gay, 31 year old, Irish musician and I'm hoping to let out my spare room while my partner is away working abroad for a few months. The flat is pretty spacious with lots of storage included in the room. A nice big living area and a kitchen with all the usual cooking supplies. You would only need to provide bedding and towels.

It is a split-level flat, with balcony and is a seven minute walk to Sidcup station. Trains to Charing Cross and London Bridge. Parking permit is available and close access to M25.

Sidcup high street is a 5 minute walk away, with lots of coffee shops, local restaurants and a big Morrisons supermarket.

Hoping to find someone for a few months lodging.

I work in musical theatre and have been touring a lot recently with work, at the moment I am enjoying being in London and spending my time during the day teaching out of the house. I am house proud and like to keep a cosy and welcoming environment and enjoy cooking.
