It's a large double room but i am only looking for single occupancy.

It’s close to town, in fact the bus stop in a stones throw away from the house. This takes you into Bedford town (15 mins away). There is also a new bus service that takes you to the train station. Junction 13 on M1 is about 10-15 mins away

I am a house proud person and if you wish to come and see it then you will know i live in a tidy, well presented home. In the business of home design, I like to keep things nice. I am a single gay guy. Just incase that’s an issue for anyone. Rather be upfront in case it is. Respect people from all walks of life 😀

One of my latest projects was decorating the large double spare room (see photos). After doing so, realising that i don't have a use for it!

I occasionally (like 1 a month) may have relatives or friends over for a night or so. But it’s rare as i don't really have relatives near me.

Its a quiet chilled out location here. House is situated on a newish development with a golf course one side of us and a country park the other side. I love it here!

I have a small miniature schnauzer (Ralph) he is 7 now and is a loving, not yappy dog. He won't bother you unless you want him to. He does not shed hair and i keep him clean. No one likes a stinky pooch! Also this breed are hypoallergenic naturally. You would never know a dog lived here!

The bathrooms would be mainly for 2 housemates , including you. You can have full use of it including the bathroom cabinet. Treat the bathroom as yours, I have a shower/WC en-suite upstairs so don't need to use it much at all. Perhaps the occasional bath or if I have any guests over they may use it (but thats rarely)

You will need to supply your own bedding and towels.

Any accessories you see in the pictures I can clear if they are not to you taste, if they are we will leave them there.

If you wanted to move the furniture layout around to suit a single person, we would have no problem with that. For example you may want to move the bed to a different position to give you even more floor space, perhaps for a desk/dressing table.
