This is an opportunity for 2 more person to live in this beautiful, clean, modern house, which comes more as a guest house than a lodging house.

Couples welcome or 2 friends for an extra £200 per month

BATHROOM comprises of a double walk in shower, double edged basin, extractor fan, modern towel rail radiator with constant hot water.

KITCHEN comprises of a spacious modern fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large sink, eating area, large fridge/freezer dispensing ice and filtered water. Each housemate has their own part of the fridge and freezer, a cupboard and a storage basket. We provide saucepans, frying pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, cutlery and a range of other cooking equipment.

LARGE ENTRANCE HALL here you will find a post drawer, cleaning materials cupboard, powerful hoover, landing coat rail and glove/hat storage.

SMOKING -COMMUNAL AREA

There is no smoking inside the house. However, we have 3 smoking areas outdoors, with 2 that are undercover in the back garden and one open smoking area in the front garden.

3 Gardens
we have 3 gardens: one at the front with seating area, rain cover, grass area. A side garden where you will find another seating area. The back garden is where 2 undercover smoking areas are zlocated with a clothes drying line and a further seating area.

CLEANING will be completed on a regular basis of all the above area's. However, each housemate is responsible for keeping their own rooms clean and cleaning after themselves in communal areas.

THE ROOMS we have 1 room available with park view
,is located on the first floor and is newly decorated. The room is double with walk in wardrobe and a park view

The second room - is on the ground floor with heating and fire 🔥

We are looking for someone that's chilled, but not too young, around ages 21+ smokers and non smokers equally welcome
Any nationality welcome (currently English, German, Albanian )
Must be working full-time or have the money to pay in advance.
