I am looking for a replacement for me in the house that I am currently as I have found something that would work better for my circumstances.
The house is located in the LE3 area which is a 10 minute walk from DMU campus and 20-30 minute walk from the university of Leicester. 4 bedrooms in total along with a shared living room, kitchen and a small garden.
The rent per week is £95 with separate bills package at £116 but may be able to get a better deal for the next year.
The room is on the smaller side however, having the bed on a mezzanine level, it opens the room to a lot more useable space with accommodation of a desk, wardrobe and set of drawers.
We are currently in our second year of Uni and will be moving into our 3rd. The remaining 3 girls are a nice set of characters and are easy to get along with.
