So in roughly a month one of the current tenants will be leaving so we're looking for one or two housemates to take over his lease. It's a big old victorian house, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small garden and plenty of space and storage. We're literally just round the corner from a bus stop that goes straight to the town centre. There's a GP service and tesco express just down the round, plus a large tesco and lidl both within reasonable walking distance.
Myself and my other housemate are relatively chill people. For the most part we're either hanging out in the living room playing games or watching TV, or in our own rooms/out at a local club once or twice a week playing ttrpgs. Basically we're trying our best to foster a low-stress environment.
A few notes:
- Must be okay with pet spiders (they aren't in communal spaces and live in other tenant's bedroom)
- Both of us are queer so preferably be comfortable with that
- Couples are okay but note that we have already claimed the two larger rooms
- We're both disability friendly (I am disabled) so we're chill with any needs on that part, the house itself may not be as it has steps leading up to the door so discretion is advised.
- The current rent amount per room listed is what it'd look like for three tenants, but this is flexible, as it would be lower with four tenants, and we're willing to discuss adjusting each share since these are both smaller rooms.
- The council tax band is B.
Otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact with any questions.
Note: pictures can be given on request but I do plan to update this post with some!
