Hi! We're looking for a housemate to join our houseshare in LE3 Leicester!
4 bedroom house that is currently rented by 3 of us so we're looking for a final housemate!
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lower-floor toilet, a small garden, shared living/kitchen area with TV, microwave, fridges and oven, and all bills included (except wifi which is around £6 a month extra).
Bedroom includes:
Double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Since there are 2 bathrooms (1 per floor), you will only share it with 1 other housemate.
Current housemates are all neat, friendly and quiet. We love chatting, socialising, cooking, going for walks in nature and playing games. British, Chinese and Ghanaian nationalities.
The area is safe and quiet, close to Aylestone meadows, a 10 minute walk to De Montfort University and 5 minutes from a Lidl.
No smokers please!
