Located on Albion Street, it’s just a short walk from Leicester city centre, giving easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and public transport. It’s a short walk to Leicester Royal Infirmary, de Montfort university and parts of university of Leicester.

The apartment benefits from a modern layout, good natural light and a quiet residential feel despite being so close to the heart of the city. The building is well managed and provides a safe and pleasant environment for residents. With nearby green spaces and excellent transport links, it’s ideal for anyone looking for both convenience and a comfortable home in Leicester.

We have to pay our own bills as they aren’t included in rent, you can contact me to get complete details of how we pay them and how much they usually cost as I’m in terms of changing our electricity company , so I can’t give an exact number at the minute. Also, depending on how much you usually pay for council tax it’ll be different for each individual if you have any exceptions or discounts.

The only downside of this place is that it doesn’t have a parking space included, however, you can pay a certain amount per year to get permit with the complex.
