Hello!

I'm looking for a short or long-term lodger to share my lovely, cosy and conveniently-located home in Deal with. It's in a quiet cul de sac within short cycling distance of the beach and town centre. 2 minutes walk from the Mill Road co-op (and Holy Dough!).

The room has a double bed and wardrobe. It isn't very big but you would have full access to the fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), living room and garden (with decking area).

Rent price includes all bills (up to a reasonable use cap on energy).

About me: lawyer by day, salsa dancer by night! I love travelling and have recently returned from a career break in Mexico where I trained as a yoga teacher.

About you: I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, responsible and considerate, a friendly face to share a cup of tea with at weekends.
